Finance
Town Manager, Christa Johnson, serves as the Finance Director in the Town of Ross. The Town Manager, with input from the Town Council, charts the Town’s financial course. The Town Manager and Town Accountant prepare the annual budget and five year financial forecast and assess the Town’s financial performance on a monthly basis. Town Accountant, Elizabeth Ford, handles financial matters such as the monthly financials and Administrative Manager, Cyndie Martel, is active in Town financial matters including payroll, accounts payable/receivables and deposits. The Town’s conservative fiscal practices have enabled Ross to continue to offer improved services to its residents despite the worldwide economic turbulence.
