Centennial 1908 - 2008
The Town of Ross celebrated its 100-year anniversary on September 19-20, 2008. It was a magical weekend filled with many memorable moments and those that attended had a rare and wonderful opportunity to honor our community's roots and welcome its future.
Centennial DVDs Available
If you missed the Centennial celebration or if you want to relive the special highlights of the weekend’s events, two DVDs are available for sale in the Town Administration office (call (415) 453-1453, ext. 105 or email us). The first DVD, “The Ross Movie” features some of Ross’ long time residents sharing their special memories of growing up in Ross. The second DVD “The Ross Centennial” highlights the Centennial weekend events including the Town dinner show, the parade, and the Town fair. These make great gifts and capture some priceless history that might otherwise be lost to future generations.
